B) At Large Members
At Large Members, consisting of community business leaders with professional expertise or relationships that support the fund’s purpose. At Large Members are subject to a limit of (5) three-year terms. However, initial At Large Members shall serve a five (5) year term and may serve up to four (4) subsequent three-year terms.
